Media Training Workshop Be Heard. Start Here.

Media Training Workshop

Have you been disappointed after hanging up the phone following a crucial conversation and wishing you could take back everything you just said, or unhappy with how you looked or sounded in a TV news interview? It is always frustrating to realize that the answers which you provided did not speak directly to the reporter’s questions, and that you really failed to communicate the message you or your company wanted to share with the public.

MMI can provide you and others in your company or organization with the critical coaching needed that will result in powerful conversations with reporters. With the MMI Media Training Workshop, which can be held in our offices at 223 E. Chatham St. in Cary or in your location, you will receive:

• Elevator Pitch Training – To help you develop a succinct, focused explanation of who you are and what your company does.
• Crisis PR Tips – Training for executives on managing your message during a significant business disruption that can affect your brand.
• Interview Help – One-on-one or group training on techniques for answering questions professionally, for print, radio, TV or other media. Includes customized on-camera group training for TV interviews, where participants will practice specific types of interviews on camera. MMI will edit the footage to showcase which clips a reporter would pull for sound bites and provide that DVD along with an individual assessment to each participant.
