Stewart Consulting President Speaks At American Subcontractors Association Convention
RALEIGH, N.C. – Stewart Consulting Group, a consulting firm that works with CEOs and senior management teams to assist in improving efficiencies and optimizing growth while remaining focused on the company's purpose and its people, has announced that Willy Stewart, president and CEO of the firm, will address the 2012 American Subcontractors Association (ASA) Business Forum and Convention, held March 1-3 at the Hyatt Regency San Antonio, located at 123 Losoya St. in San Antonio. Stewart is the opening speaker for the general session on Saturday, March 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., and he will also provide a workshop that same day from 10:15 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
Stewart’s general session forum is titled “Management Transformation: Building High Performance with Institutional Logic,” and he will address high performance and the need for effective leadership with a strategic and clear vision in place, supported by high-performing teams that are well-disciplined and motivated. Following the general session, his workshop, titled “Resource Assessment: Transitioning Management to the Next Level,” will help attendees identify gaps in leadership, strategic planning, management and operational performance. By utilizing the Baldrige Performance criteria, and performing self, team and company evaluations, participants will learn to assess their organization’s current status using customized score cards, templates and forms to determine areas for improvement, change and growth.
