Stewart Consulting Group President To Host Seminar At NCSU On High Performance Companies
RALEIGH, N.C. - Stewart Consulting Group, a consulting firm that works with CEOs and senior management teams to assist in improving efficiencies and optimizing growth value while remaining focused on the company’s purpose and its people, has announced that Willy Stewart, president and CEO of the firm, will host a real-world seminar at N.C. State University’s McKimmon Conference & Training Center, located at 1101 Gorman St., on Wednesday, May 9 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The presentation titled, “Building a High Performance Company,” will outline the characteristics associated with high performance cultures and how to use those characteristics to enhance profits and to generate opportunity. Stewart will discuss a variety of topics including effective hiring and recruiting, developing a successful training manual and the management tools applicable to problem solving, time management and goal setting. The $295 registration fee covers all day admittance, a course workbook, a networking lunch and a certificate of attendance. Attendees will receive 8 Engineering Professional Development Hours (PDHs) or 8 Learning Units (LUs) for American Institute of Architects.
