SEPI Engineering & Construction Appoints Vice President Of Environmental Division
RALEIGH, N.C. – Sepi Asefnia, PE, president of SEPI Engineering & Construction, a firm which provides civil engineering and planning services to private and public sector clients across the southeast, has announced that Phillip Todd has been named vice president of the firm’s environmental division. Todd has been with SEPI for more than five years, and brings valuable experience to the position. Prior to joining the firm, he worked as the supervisor of Natural Environment Project Management Group, where he was responsible for managing natural resources and protected species surveys on transportation projects for the National Environmental Policy Act, and for preparing regulatory permit applications for Section 404/401 Clean Water Act and Riparian Buffer permitting work for the North Carolina Department of Transportation.

- Todd earned a Bachelor of Science in biology and a Master of Public Administration, both from North Carolina State University.
- His previous work experience includes positions as environmental technician, permits specialist, mitigation specialist and lead technical specialist, mitigation supervisor and group manager working on impact issues for natural resources, federally protected species, wetlands, streams, riparian buffers as well as working to restore wetlands, streams and riparian buffers.
