Chefs Peter Gibson and Marshall Smith have announced that Savoy, a contemporary continental restaurant located at 7713-39 Leadmine Road in north Raleigh, has launched their new menu. Savoy features contemporary cuisine and a large wine list, designed as a multi-course experience influenced by seasonal availability. The new menu features dishes such as pepper seared salmon steak with risotto style zucchini, free-range chicken breast with crimini mushroom stuffing and ricotta cheese dumplings and pan-roasted duck with creamy smoked bacon polenta.
