Sepi Asefnia, president of SEPI Engineering Group, has been named 2006 North Carolina Small Business Person of the Year by the United States Small Business Administration (SBA). Awarded annually, this designation recognizes a small business owner in each state who exemplifies the entrepreneurial spirit and honors their individual contributions to the community.
Cathy Rosebaugh, a residential real estate broker, recently earned the Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) credential for completing a comprehensive course through the Society of Certified Senior Advisors. Rosebaugh, who focused her entire career on assisting the aging population, is the first and only North Carolina Realtor to achieve this designation and is among 20 in the entire country.
