MMI represents clients from a wide range of industries. We are broad and we are deep. We represent only one client per industry, unless a client in that industry allows us permission to pursue others, usually because the two are not direct competitors and represent different branches of their profession.
To ensure deadlines are met and accurate information is gathered, we prefer to work with a designated point person within your organization to gather staff information, coordinate media interviews and receive approval for written content when you become a client.
At a set of initial meetings, we partner with you to gather information, set goals and outline a public relations plan with deliverables and timelines. We develop strategies to reach those goals. We implement those strategies, and then we perform quality control. The latter will include follow-up meetings evaluating how the goals and strategies have been met, as well as a report addressing the level of produced results.
We also deliver an annual report at the end of the year for each of our clients, detailing all PR activity performed by us for you over the last 12 months, and a list of new strategic and tactical goals for the upcoming year.
