The experimental online town hall called “Open for Questions” was the first of its kind for the White House.

Tweet Later, Not In The Court Room

A recent case in Arkansas has just been appealed due to the fact that a member of the jury was tweeting before, during and after the trial. His tweets demonstrated bias, and also broke the basis rules of jury duty when he shared with the world that he “just gave away $12 million of somebody else’s money.” Stoam Holdings, the company which lost the money and is appealing, is trying to convince the judge that this juror, Johnathan Powell showed obvious bias.
